Which license is right for me?
Professional
Professional License: A royalty of eleven percent (11%) of the gross weekly box-office receipts, less credit card charges, with a guarantee of five hundred dollars ($500) per week, for all paid public performances of the Play. An advance against royalties of two thousand dollars ($2,000) is due upon execution of this agreement. Advance is non-refundable. Professional License shall be defined as any company with one or more paid actor(s), a paid director or paid designers, paid teaching instructors within educational institutions notwithstanding.
